This option doubles the analysis bandwidth of a Harogic PXN or SAN series spectrum analyser from 50MHz to 100MHz. It also raises the maximum IQ sample rate from 62.5MSPS to 125MSPS, halves the minimum time resolution in power detection mode from 16ns to 8ns, and halves the 100% probability of intercept in real-time mode from 131µs to 66µs.
With option 50 installed, pulse analysis (opt.72) measures pulses from 32ns instead of 64ns. This option is factory installed, so please get in touch before ordering to confirm compatibility with the instrument.
