As usual eleshop being a trustful partner with fast delivery times.
The device itself is a rather big surprise for a manufacturer like FNIRSI [oh..that naming ;-) ]
I compared that to a professional LCR meter and some higher class multimeters and must say that it is really surprisingly accurate, especially for SMD capacitors. Also resistors are quite well registered in their values. Logically there is not much of possibilities for such a pen sized device. However, very useful and I would have even paid 50 Euros for it. Just spend an hour to try to configure it a bit and how to operate it. Charging via USB C is also a big bonus.
