This is a straightforward simple PSU with sufficient power for one project. I have been stress testing it for 24 hours with different voltages and different load conditions. Compare to a much more expensive digital programmable PSU I also have I can say one thing. It only deviates between 300µV to 500µV. No strange regulation artefacts (up & down ramping on my more expensive PSU in the range of 6.3 mV over 24 hrs.
To put it in % we have then a variation of 0.084% on my programmable PSU (also a linear PSU) but only 0.0040% on this GETI. Ok, this sounds like nit picking.. But my more expensive supply has quite a few swings between max & min due to digital regulation. This GETI is in fact very, very linear. It has not only 20x less variation over a long time of many hours, but also almost no min/max extremes. Truly very stable.
It has about zero comfort and you have to set Imax shorting the output and adjust the current. No fine adjustment. If you really want to adjust like 7.500 V, then good luck. Almost impossible. Only coarse for V&I. However, losing my warranty I will retrofit 10gang potentiometers or a dual single axis coarse/fine combo for V&I. Also will add an external heatsink on the back to the metal plate. This one has no active cooling and is simply silent. No memory, no output ON/OFF, no comfort at all. But a very solid output. The analogue meters are of course not precise and I measure with my Keithley if I want a really precise adjustment. I might even consider buying a second one. It is more than worth the money. And yes...Extremely low ripple. ACrms around 900µV 20Hz to 20MHz. If the power is sufficient enough, I can highly recommend it.
