Details
The Techmize TH2822E is a handheld LCR meter from the TH2822 series. This series of LCR meters is known for being a capable and portable instrument at an affordable price. It measures L, C, R, Z, DCR, D, Q, θ, and ESR with a 40,000-count primary readout and a D/Q resolution of 0.0001, showing primary and secondary parameters simultaneously on a backlit LCD. Test frequencies are selectable at 100Hz, 120Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz, and 100kHz, with a selectable 0.3, 0.6, or 1Vrms test signal and a high basic accuracy of 0.10%, covering demanding inductor, capacitor, and resistor characterisation from production lines to higher-frequency work in R&D and educational labs.
As the top model in the series, the TH2822E combines DCR (DC resistance) measurement, a selectable test-signal level, and 100kHz coverage for the most demanding component characterisation. The fast 250ms measurement time, automatic ranging, and 4-tolerance comparator (1/5/10/20%) make the meter well-suited for quick and easy component testing. Convenience features such as data hold and Min / Max / Average recording help with logging and sorting components during repetitive measurements. Finally, the LCR meter offers a Mini-USB interface with SCPI command support and works with the free FastAccess PC software for remote control and data export.
