• If you are located outside the EU, the VAT will automatically be 0%.
• If you are a business within the EU and have a valid VAT number for intra-community delivery (0% VAT orders), then you can use that VAT number during checkout to place an order at 0%. In the step where you fill in your address details you can enter your company name in the dedicated field. Once you do, another field will appear in which you can fill in your VAT number. Then, during the next steps of checkout, you will see the VAT has been reduced to 0% VAT.
  Be aware: Only do this if you have a valid VAT number that can be used for 0% VAT orders. Eleshop will always perform a second check of the validity of the entered VAT number after an order has been placed.

There are several factors on which we base our decision whether or not we allow you to be able to purchase on account. If you would like to know if you, as a company, school or governmental institute, are allowed to purchase on account at our webshop, please simply send us an email ([email protected]) to request credit. We will usually reply within one business day and inform you if permission to purchase on account will be granted.

By default, for prepayment orders, you will receive an order confirmation document (PDF) by email with the payment instructions. If needed, you can request a proforma invoice (PDF) by email and we will send it to you within one business day.

For payment on account, we automatically send the final invoice with payment instructions by email (PDF). If you want us to send it to a specific invoice email address, please inform us about this before you place the order.

Invoicing via third party portals, like Chorus, xRechnung, PEPPOL, etc. is often possible, but please discuss this upfront with us by sending an email to [email protected].

By default, we do not support PEPPOL invoicing yet. We still prefer to send invoices in PDF format by email. If PDF invoices by email are really not an option, then we might be able to make an exception and use PEPPOL instead. But please contact us by email ([email protected]) about this before placing the order to discuss the possibilities.

Yes, we can upload the final invoice to Chorus. Just make sure all necessary information (like SIRET, VAT number, Commitment number, etc) are clearly mentioned on your purchase order document.

Yes, but only if we are able to upload the final invoice to https://xrechnung-bdr.de/ and your Leitweg-ID is clearly mentioned on the purchase order document. If you are not part of xRechung BDR then we, at this moment, cannot assist you.

Our invoices are only generated in PDF format. At this moment we do not yet support XML invoicing.
