Review

I bought the UT139C to replace an older dmm that had issues with resistance.
Overall it has turned out to be better than expected although I have to add a capacitor to measure frequency and duty cycle of a pwm signal and the resulting voltages are average.
One thing I am Impressed with is the burden voltage. I measured 2.4mV/mA which is not too bad for a cheaper multimeter.
