I used previously in my prof. environment a PACE station. But that is a complete different beast and costs a couple of thousands (with all the options and supplies). However, this is a 100 Euro station. If you take care of regularly cleaning it with the supplied push thru cleaners then it works ok. This is certainly not a device to mass desolder hundreds of components. Heater and suction not powerful enough for that task. But knowing the limits it does its job fairly well.
