As an entry model for learning Im very pleased. Takes 3 weeks to learn the basic functions, but after that its a great tool.

highly recommended : this is an excellent machine, this is my story: some while ago i did not need anymore my HP spectrumanalyzer , so i sold it ; but for some recent experiments with low power oscillators i needed one, the Tiny SA safes a lot of space on your workbench, is easy to operate; the instructions, manual, and videos are very clear; it depends of course what kind of measurements you are up to , if it would be extremely fast and highly scientific/ precise , then you would probably need a more advanced, faster machine, BUT: even in that case i would also buy this machine as an extra tool because of its handiness ; and indeed: be careful with static electricity , i have put some unheated heatshrink around the antenne, ; note that the tiny SA already works without an antenna ; if you use it in direct connection use attenuators , dc block... greetings

Ik gebruik hem om te scannen naar stoorzenders of andere draadloze microfoons in nabij gelegen zalen bij het opzetten van een audio installatie voor bruiloft/jubileum/etc... Rekening houdend met de lokaal toegestane banden via https://microfoonbanden.nl/ die soms al in de buurt in gebruik kunnen zijn. Nu laat ik de TinySA een uurtje draaien met een MAX-HOLD trace terwijl ik de speakers installeer, waarna ik een mooi overzicht heb van alle frequenties die in de tussentijd gebruikt zijn (binnen het bereik van mijn microfoons en toegestane frequenties). Heel fijn apparaat die mij "ogen in het onzichtbare" geeft.

Zeer handig apparaat om snel en eenvoudig de ruis en andere signalen te “zien”.
Eenvoudig in gebruik.

Samen met diverse SDR software, een SDR ontvanger, het boek "The hobbyist guide to SDR" en de tinySA Ultra+ maak ik kennis met mijn RF-omgeving en leer ik bij.
